Memorials/Donations

HealthSource Saginaw receives and utilizes all donations to benefit the patients/residents/clients of HealthSource Saginaw.  HealthSource uses donations in the following manner:

Memorial Fund...Monetary gifts in memory of or in honor of specified individuals which are not designated for a specific use will be deposited in the HealthSource Memorial Fund.

Memorial funds will be utilized for HealthSource equipment and capital improvement purchases and must be authorized by the President and CEO or his designee.

Patient Assistance Fund...Monetary gifts in memory of or in honor of specified individuals which are designated for specific use will be deposited in the HealthSource Patient Assistance Fund and will be identified and used as specified by the donor.  Typical items specified include barber/beauty assistance and assistance for resident activities.

Capital Equipment Fund...Monetary gifts specified by donors for property and equipment items are used as specified by the donor of the funds.
