Board of Trustees
HealthSource Saginaw is governed by eleven (11) Board of Trustee members. Membership consists of:
- Two (2) Saginaw County Board of Commissioners who serve one (1) year terms.
- The Saginaw County Controller or his/her designee who serves by virtue of his/her position.
- The Chairman of the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners or his/her designee who serves by virtue of his/her position.
- Seven (7) members of the community elected to serve three (3) year terms and approved by the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners.
