ADA COMPLIANCE

Sign language and oral interpreters, TTYs, and other auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge to people who are deaf or hard of hearing. For assistance, please contact any Health Source Saginaw Personnel or the Office of the ADA Administrator at 989-964-5699 (TTY available). The ADA Administrator’s Office is located within the Executive Services Area of Administration. Additionally, Patients or Companions desiring to communicate or meet with the ADA Administrator may inquire at the Operator/Receptionist desk located at the South Entrance of the HealthSource Saginaw Facility near Executive Services Area.
